iShares Core Dividend Growth ETF

The iShares Core Dividend Growth ETF (DGRO) seeks to track the Morningstar® US Dividend Growth Index, which measures U.S. companies with a consistent history of growing dividends. Eligible companies must have at least five consecutive years of dividend growth, a payout ratio below 75%, and cannot be in the top decile of dividend yield. The Index includes large-, mid-, and small-cap stocks, with significant exposure to the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. DGRO uses a representative sampling indexing strategy, investing at least 80% of assets in Index components while allowing up to 20% in derivatives, cash, or other securities...
