TrackInsight (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) is committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when using the ETF Central website. Our security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology becomes available. 

Your password is personal and strictly confidential. If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to ask for a password reset online. We will not be able to send you back your current password. For security reasons, we do not store your personal account details for payment.

5. Transfer of server

5.1. Our server is currently located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United Statesand that by registering for news, e-mails or to download data, you consent to this transfer and the storage of your data in the United States. 

6. Review and correction

You may request the deletion of the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us by contacting us by e-mail at clientservices@trackinsight.com. Upon request, we will inform you in writing of what personal data we store as defined by applicable law. 

7. Policy modifications

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time and post the new version on our website, which will be applicable upon posting. Please check our website from time to time and make sure that you are aware of the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. You will find the date that the policy was last revised at the top of this Privacy Policy. 

8. Links to other sites

Through links located on the ETF Central website, we may make content or services available to you from other websites (including affiliated or co-branded websites) not operated or controlled by TrackInsight. These other websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy and TrackInsight is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of these other websites (including affiliated or co-branded websites). We recommend that you check the privacy policy described on such websites to determine how those sites protect your privacy.
