According to data by Trackinsight, U.S.-listed ETFs attracted $38.7 billion in net inflows during the week ending July 31, led by equity ETFs ($31.9B) and fixed income ETFs ($7.3B). Meanwhile, commodity ETFs experienced $522.7 million of outflows and cryptocurrency ETFs shed $76.3 million.

Technology was once again the dominant sector, gathering $8.9 billion of fresh capital, followed by Financials ($1.3B). Artificial Intelligence remained one of the market's strongest investment themes, attracting $902.2 million, while Global Infrastructure ETFs added a further $869.5 million.

The U.S. led regional allocations with $21.5 billion of inflows, while Emerging Markets attracted $2.0 billion and South Korea continued its strong run with $1.35 billion. Taiwan also saw renewed investor interest, gathering $520.3 million during the week.

Vanguard led all issuers with $9.7 billion of net inflows, followed by State Street Investment Management ($8.0B), iShares ($5.3B), and VanEck ($3.2B). At the fund level, SPY topped the inflow rankings with $3.6 billion, while semiconductor-focused ETFs dominated demand, with SMH and SOXX attracting $3.5 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively. QQQ, IWM, XLF, and EWY also ranked among the week's most purchased ETFs.

Among the week's best performers were ADRH SAPH (+13.0%), Roundhill Video Games ETF (NERD) (+10.7%), and Amplify's Breakwave Tanker Shipping ETF (BWET) (+9.6%). On the downside, memory and semiconductor-related strategies struggled, with Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) and Tema Memory ETF (DISK) posting double-digit declines.
