According to data by Trackinsight, U.S.-listed ETFs attracted $50.7 billion in net inflows during the week ending August 14, led by equity ETFs ($36.2B), while fixed income ETFs added $13.1 billion. Commodity ETFs gathered $1.74 billion, while cryptocurrency ETFs recorded $187.6 million in net outflows.
Materials led sector ETF inflows with $783.3 million, followed by Health Care ($296.9M), while Information Technology recorded the largest sector outflow at $1.50 billion.
U.S. equity exposures dominated geographic flows with $26.8 billion of inflows, followed by Developed Markets ($2.95B) and Emerging Markets ($1.22B).
Japan, South Korea and Taiwan also recorded positive flows, while Brazil saw $414.7 million of outflows.
State Street Investment Management led all issuers with $12.0 billion of net inflows, ahead of Vanguard ($9.9B), iShares ($7.0B) and Invesco ($5.8B).

At the fund level, the State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY) topped the inflow rankings with $12.5 billion, followed by the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) with $5.6 billion, the Invesco QQQ ETF (QQQ) with $3.0 billion and the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) with $2.9 billion.
The week's strongest ETF performance came from shipping, cloud infrastructure and memory strategies.
The Breakwave Tanker Shipping ETF (BWET) surged 29.0%, followed by the Roundhill Neocloud ETF (NCLD) at 18.7%, Tema Memory ETF (DISK) at 16.8%, Kurv Memory Select ETF (KMEM) at 15.6% and Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) at 15.1%.
