T. Rowe Price launched the T. Rowe Price Biotech ETF (TDNA), an actively managed strategy investing primarily in biotechnology companies developing and commercializing innovative therapies. The firm also launched the T. Rowe Price Small-Cap ETF (TSEE), a broad U.S. small-cap strategy, and the T. Rowe Price Mid-Cap Equity Research ETF (TMID), which uses analyst-driven stock selection while keeping sector exposures close to the Russell Midcap Index.
CG Advisory Services launched the CG Flagship Equity ETF (CGFS), using a macro-driven process to identify themes and select primarily U.S.-listed equities. River1 Asset Management launched the Rebuild America ETF (BUIL), targeting infrastructure-related companies across energy, utilities, communications, transportation, construction and materials.
Porter & Co. launched the Porter & Company Property & Casualty Index ETF (PCPC), providing exposure to 20 property and casualty insurers and reinsurers selected using market capitalization, profitability and underwriting-performance criteria.
Harbor Capital launched the 800VDC AI Datacenter Ecosystem ETF (HUMM), targeting companies involved in power infrastructure supporting AI datacenters. Westwood launched the Westwood Salient Enhanced Power & Infrastructure ETF (PWRX) on the Texas Stock Exchange, investing across energy, utilities, grid infrastructure and data centers while using a covered-call overlay.
EMXETF launched the China AI ETF (AICH), targeting companies across China’s AI ecosystem, while Defiance launched the Robotics Actuators ETF (AT), focused on actuator and precision-motion technologies used in robotics.
Astoria Investment Management launched the Astoria International Quality Growth Kings ETF (IQGR), targeting quality and growth companies across developed markets outside the U.S. Janus Henderson launched the International Core Alpha ETF (JINT), extending its SystemActive lineup into international equities.
Exchange Traded Concepts and Kiwoom Securities launched the KICK Korea Semiconductor Index ETF (KCHP), providing exposure to 20 Korea-listed semiconductor companies. MarketDesk Indices launched the MarketDesk International Momentum ETF (XUSM), targeting developed- and emerging-market stocks with strong relative momentum.
Schroders launched the U.S. Autocallable Ladder Income ETF (SALI), targeting monthly income through a laddered portfolio of synthetic autocallable structures linked to U.S. large-cap equities.
Yorkville America launched the 2X Long MANGOS Plus Daily Target ETF (MNGZ), seeking 200% of the daily performance of the MANGOS Plus Index ETF (FRUT). REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management launched the T-REX 2X Long ASST Daily Target ETF (ASSX), targeting 200% of Strive Inc.’s daily performance.
TCW converted the TCW MetWest Sustainable Securitized Fund into the TCW Securitized Income ETF (TIZE), an actively managed strategy investing across residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and CLOs.
Nuveen launched the Nuveen Impact Bond ETF (NUIB), an actively managed strategy investing primarily in bonds meeting its impact framework. Invesco launched the BulletShares 2036 Municipal Bond ETF (BSMA), a defined-maturity municipal bond ETF scheduled to terminate in December 2036.
Vanguard filed for the Vanguard U.S. Small-Mid Cap Active ETF, an actively managed strategy investing at least 80% of assets in U.S. companies generally within the market-cap range of the FTSE Russell 2500 Index. The fund would use active stock selection rather than track the benchmark.
Artisan Partners filed for ETF share classes of four existing strategies: Artisan Focus Fund (APFS), Global Equity Fund (APHX), Select Equity Fund (APNX) and Sustainable Emerging Markets Fund (APEM). The strategies span concentrated U.S. equities, global growth and emerging markets and are expected to trade on NYSE Arca.
Harris Associates also filed to add an ETF share class to the Oakmark Bond Fund, which invests across corporate debt, Treasuries, mortgages, asset-backed securities and senior loans using bottom-up fundamental analysis.
Bitwise filed for the Bitwise AI Bond ETF, which would invest at least 80% of assets in bonds financing AI development and infrastructure, including corporate debt, data-center securitizations and project-finance securities. Most assets are expected to be investment grade, although up to 40% could be held in high-yield debt.
Roundhill filed for the Roundhill AI Power & Infrastructure ETF (APOW), an actively managed fund targeting utilities, power generation, grid equipment, cooling, backup power, nuclear, gas turbines and other infrastructure supporting AI and high-density computing.
Amplify filed for the Amplify Pro Sports Private & Public Ownership ETF (PROS), targeting companies that own or operate professional sports teams, leagues and venues. The fund may allocate up to 15% of assets to private investments.
First Trust filed for the First Trust Investment Grade Floating Rate Income ETF (FFLT), which would invest at least 80% of assets in investment-grade floating-rate debt and at least 50% in CLOs. The actively managed fund could also hold asset-backed securities, mortgages, corporate bonds, bank loans and government-backed debt.
J O Hambro filed for the JOHCM International Opportunities ETF (JOHI), a concentrated global ex-U.S. strategy expected to hold 25–50 stocks, and the JOHCM Emerging Markets ETF (JEMP), which would typically hold 70–120 emerging- and frontier-market companies using a mix of secular and recovery-growth opportunities.
Causeway filed for the Causeway International Equity ETF (CWIE), focused primarily on non-U.S. companies paying dividends or repurchasing shares, and the Causeway Emerging Markets Equity ETF (CWEM), a quantitative strategy expected to hold roughly 220–300 securities across at least 10 emerging markets.
Franklin Templeton filed for the Franklin Core Emerging Market Enhanced Equity ETF, combining quality, value, sentiment and positioning factors with conviction signals from the firm’s active emerging-market strategies.
The firm also filed for the Franklin Core International Enhanced Equity ETF, which would apply a similar quantitative framework to developed-market equities outside the U.S., primarily drawing from the MSCI EAFE universe.
Wedbush filed for the Wedbush Trigon Central & Eastern Europe Growth Corridor ETF, which would track a Solactive index covering equities with exposure to Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. Constituents would be capped at 5% individually and 35% by sector.
Tuttle Capital filed for eight actively managed “Income Blast” ETFs spanning Neocloud, Robotics, AI Infrastructure, AI Power Generation, Drones & Future of Warfare, Quantum Computing, MANGOS and FAB 10 strategies. The funds would maintain approximately full equity exposure while using put credit spreads, generally rolled weekly, to seek additional income and support intended weekly distributions.
Leverage Shares filed for 2X long and 2X short daily ETFs tied to Westinghouse Electric, Stratolaunch and SymphonyAI.
The firm also filed for three Altera ETFs targeting 200%, -200% and -100% of the stock’s daily return, respectively, and three Cohere ETFs offering the same 2X long, 2X short and 1X short structures.
GraniteShares filed for 2x long and -2x short daily ETFs tied to SB Energy, ChargePoint, Stratolaunch and Altera. ChargePoint is already publicly traded, while the other three strategies are tied to companies associated with pending IPOs.
Harbor Capital Advisors will liquidate the Harbor AlphaEdge Large Cap Value ETF, with trading ending October 15, 2026 and liquidation expected around October 22.
CoinShares will liquidate its Altcoins ETF and Bitcoin and Ether ETF, with trading ending October 20. Empowered Funds also revised closure dates for the Sophus Capital Emerging Market ETF (EMEM) and Sophus Capital Emerging Market Small Cap ETF (EMSC), now expected to liquidate around October 14 and October 28, respectively.
Global X will close the Bitcoin Trend Strategy ETF (BTRN), NASDAQ 100 Collar 95-110 ETF (QCLR), S&P 500 Collar 95-110 ETF (XCLR) and Interest Rate Volatility & Inflation Hedge ETF (IRVH), with trading ending October 16 and liquidation expected around October 23.
Innovator will liquidate the Innovator Uncapped Bitcoin 20 Floor ETF — Quarterly in January 2027. First Trust will also close the First Trust Horizon Managed Volatility Small/Mid ETF and First Trust Horizon Managed Volatility Developed International ETF, with trading ending January 8 and liquidation expected around January 15.
Goldman Sachs Asset Management will reduce the management fee of the ActiveBeta Emerging Markets Equity ETF from 0.40% to 0.35% on December 29, 2026, while adopting a unitary fee structure.
Vanguard will move the Vanguard Emerging Markets ex-China ETF to the FTSE Emerging ex-China RIC 22.5/45 Capped Index in the fourth quarter of 2026 without changing its investment objective.
Virtus will rename the Virtus Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum ETF as the Virtus NYSE Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum ETF and switch to the NYSE Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum Index around November 16.
DWS converted the Xtrackers MSCI EAFE Selection Equity ETF (EASG) into the Xtrackers Bloomberg Developed Markets Ex US Equity ETF (DMXU), which now tracks the Bloomberg Developed Markets ex US Core Markets Index.
Roundhill will rename the Roundhill S&P 500 No Dividend Target ETF as the Roundhill S&P 500 Accumulating ETF around October 1, with its ticker and strategy unchanged.
Roundhill will also rename the Roundhill Ultra Short Duration No Dividend Target ETF as the Roundhill Box Spread ETF and adopt an 80% policy requiring the fund to invest primarily in option contracts implementing box spreads.
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund into the NAA Allocation ETF around December 4, 2026. The ETF will retain the fund’s investment objective and substantially similar strategies and portfolio management.
