Give us a quick intro – who is Frank Toth?
I’m the Chief Operating Officer and Principal Partner at CapitalConclusionsCorp. I bring over two decades of experience in capital markets to the table and am deeply committed to helping clients stay ahead of the curve in today’s rapidly evolving financial world. My focus spans macro-level consumer behavior, economic trends, investor sentiment, and technical analysis—key elements driving our firm’s growth and success.
In addition to investment analysis, I specialize in risk management, fixed income and equity trading, as well as insurance, financial, and estate planning.
At CapitalConclusionsCorp, we pride ourselves on offering thoughtful, innovative solutions designed around each client’s unique financial journey.
You can learn more at CapitalConclusions.com, or connect with me on LinkedIn and Instagram.
What makes your firm stand out in the financial world?
At the core of everything we do is a deep commitment to providing you with investment solutions that are not only smart and transparent but also genuinely empathetic—crafted with your unique financial journey in mind. We’re not your average financial firm. What sets us apart is our thoughtful, innovative approach to growing and protecting your wealth.
How would you describe your unique approach to wealth management?
For starters, we blend the rigor of scientific analysis with the nuanced understanding of behavioral finance. It’s a signature approach that goes beyond just crunching numbers. We get that financial decisions aren’t purely logical—they’re human, shaped by emotions, habits, and aspirations. By tuning into both the data and the psychology behind it, we’re able to guide clients toward their goals with greater clarity and confidence.
Then there’s the way we build our partnerships.
We don’t settle for the usual advisory model. Instead, we handpick strategic collaborations—think tax experts, legal advisors, and other trusted professionals—that put your interests front and center. This isn’t about outsourcing; it’s about weaving together a seamless, comprehensive plan that simplifies your financial world while making every piece work harder for you.
Finally, there’s our concierge-style service.
To us, exceptional wealth management isn’t just about delivering strong returns—it’s about being there when you need us, anticipating what’s next, and making the experience feel personal. Our team thrives on being responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive, ensuring you feel supported and understood at every turn.
Ultimately, we’re more than just wealth managers—we’re your advocates, your strategists, and your partners. We’re here to cut through the noise, bring you peace of mind, and help you build a financial future you can feel great about. When you work with us, you’re not just a client; you’re part of a team that’s all in on seeing you succeed.

What’s your primary strategy?
I take a dynamic asset allocation approach, with ETFs making up about 51–75% of client portfolios. It allows for flexibility in a fast-changing market.
Do you have specific ETF preferences?
Absolutely. I lean toward sector-specific, factor-based, thematic, and alternative investment ETFs. They align well with my active management style and allow me to create highly customized portfolios.
How often do you rebalance ETF portfolios?
I use deviation thresholds rather than a set calendar schedule. That way, I can respond more effectively to market shifts and keep portfolios aligned with client goals.
Any emerging trends you’re particularly interested in?
I’m paying close attention to cryptocurrency ETFs, AI and technology thematic ETFs, and alternative investments. These areas are evolving fast and offer intriguing diversification benefits.
What sources do you rely on for ETF research?
I use a mix of Bloomberg, Morningstar, ETF Central, and proprietary research tools to evaluate opportunities. I’m focused on tracking error, liquidity, underlying index quality, and past performance—those are key metrics for me.
