The Schwab U.S. Large-Cap ETF (SCHX) seeks to track the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Total Stock Market Index, which represents the largest 750 U.S. companies by float-adjusted market capitalization. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 90% of assets in index constituents, generally holding stocks in the same proportion as their index weights. To enhance tracking, the adviser may slightly adjust allocations to address liquidity, tax, or odd-lot considerations, and may use futures contracts or other derivatives for efficient exposure.
